A Tequilana Weber from Jalisco. Cooked on high pressure Autoclave with Roller Mill Extraction. Fremented with 100% agave in stainless steel tanks. A slight artificial vanilla flavor, suspect additives of some sort. Showed well through the finish. A Citrus, ripe raspberry, agave, cinnamon and earth scent with Vanilla, caramel, black pepper, ripe fruit and traces of mint and aniseVanilla, caramel, black pepper, ripe fruit and traces of mint and anise falvour.
