Description

The estate is run in organic farming, certified since 2013. The vineyards of the estate are made from mass selections, which allows the quality of production of the old vines to be preserved and a rich varietal complexity.

Manual harvests are carried out early in the morning, when temperatures are low to avoid oxidation of the juice.
